The San Diego Jazz Party is privileged to honor each year Jazz Musicians who excel in their profession, who are held in high
esteem among their peers, and who have “paid their dues” to the world of jazz music. The SDJP began the tradition of honoring a
musician at our Party in 2005. The “Honoree” ceremony will continue to be a highlight event at our Jazz Parties in the future.
